We need more leaders that are eager to be socially and culturally involved and are willing to share their experiences with others. Through these shared experiences we can inspire those who may not have the courage to rise up and shine as the leaders they are within. Therefore, changing our approach to leadership can help promote change that supports the growth of belonging, diversity, and care. It is only then that we can break oppressive cycles and build systems that show support for all.
