To me, leadership is as much about the people who are being led as it is about the leader themselves. A true leader can be vulnerable and have difficult conversations with their team; a true leader listens to the constructive criticisms and opinions of others with an open mind. I am working on becoming the best leader I can everyday with these sentiments in mind. My time at the CLL has shown me just how important leadership skills are to myself and to anyone who is interested in becoming the best version of themselves!
