Leadership requires an infinite amount of time to learn. I used to believe that leaders only meant ordering people around and delegating tasks; however, that’s not “leaders” but instead “bosses.” My fondest memories of middle and high school was participating in student organizations and clubs while taking leadership positions, which is the main reason why I signed up for being a CLL intern. I hope to help other students realize what true leadership is, develop genuine connections, and improve my own leadership skills.
