My idea of leadership has changed a lot over the past year. I used to think leadership was all about getting the job done with a team. But it's so much more than that now. Leadership to me now is about inspiring every member of my team and unleashing their full potential.  I've learned that leadership is more about the journey of shared experiences and less about the destination.
