'I will try again tomorrow.'” - Mary Anne Radmacher

Leadership to me is about lifting others up. Sometimes that means guiding first, through explanation or demonstration, and then handing over the reins. Other times it means just providing/promoting growth opportunities (such as those offered by the CLL) so that more students have a space to practice and develop their own leadership skills. I want everyone to see a leader in themselves, because the qualities we attribute to leaders are applicable to our day-to-day life; whether that's having courage to speak up and ask a question, or making tough decisions about your future, or managing relationships, what you learn about yourself as a leader will serve you later in life.
