To me, leadership is about coming together with diverse perspectives to solve a common goal. Leadership requires vulnerability, trust, and honesty; Without either of these, it makes it difficult to truly connect with your peers and work as a team. I chose CLL because it was an opportunity to learn and practice the positive traits of a leader all while improving my skills in an area I'm passionate about; Design.
