Kawami Evans
Leading from within:
The convergence of Leadership and Spirituality

A Leader to Leader Speaker Series Event

What does spirituality have to do with leadership? EVERYTHING! If you want to be a leader, the first thing you must understand is yourself. Often our motivation to lead is propelled by outward events or problems in the world. However, today leadership calls us to shift from the reactive problem-based paradigm toward the activation of our inner resources to re-imagine what's possible.
Leadership is an inside job that starts with YOU. Using tools and resources for engagement,
this workshop will explore the critical role of spirituality in leadership in these challenging times.
