Leadership is a continuous journey. It's about inspiring others, encouraging them to be their best selves and empowering them so they can discover what makes them a leader. CLL gives you the tools and resources you need to learn how to be a better leader than you were yesterday to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. It has taught me that a  great leader knows when to take a step back and listen. I think the most beautiful part about leadership is learning to collaborate with one another and creating an inclusive environment that fosters new, creative ideas.
