Leadership can mean a million different things…but to me, it means to make conscious decisions that result in positive growth, progress, and impact. Whether it is to lead yourself or others, self-awareness, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn and take initiatives are characteristics that I find in leadership. Leaders can be the ones up front, opening the path to new territories, but can also be the ones behind the team, supporting and pushing everyone to greater heights of success. Leaders are those who carry a vision, those who inspire others, and those who give their best efforts to make their vision a reality. Leadership is a process and a journey, inspiring others to reach a common goal.  It is something that can be constantly trained, developed, and evolved.  Strive not only for success, but to continue seeking on what can be improved. Achieve milestones not for the sake of completion itself, but to find purpose in every step of the way to success.
