Why Group Development Matters
Understand the life cycle of a group to boost positive relationships and productivity
Working with other people can be both challenging and rewarding. Using a framework on how groups form and develop, this workshop will help you better understand and navigate dynamics that impact relationships and productivity.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the stages of group development
- Understand the role a leader plays in group development
