The Center for Leadership Learning aims to educate and cultivate the next generation of leaders who have a strong sense of self-awareness, have the ability to work effectively with others, and who are civically and socially engaged.
The Center for Leadership Learning strives to meet its mission through a variety of curricular and co-curricular programs which are open to every undergraduate student. The CLL welcomes students from all majors, class levels, and degrees of leadership experience who wish to enhance their personal lives and the lives of others.
- Develop, implement, and assess continuous curricular and co-curricular leadership education programs designed for the undergraduate community.
- Establish and foster campus partnership s to deliver leadership education opportunities for underrepresented communities and larger-campus initiatives.
- Recruit, educate, and empower undergraduate interns to serve as a campus student leaders within the CLL and throughout their individual campus involvement.
