The LEWS provides a foundational framework of leadership practices for undergraduate students.  The program consists of six self-contained topical workshops, so you can take as few or as many as you would like to best address your interests and goals*.  Each will be offered multiple times per quarter.

The six workshop topics are on foundational knowledge, self-awareness, communication, diversity dimensions, interpersonal competence, and conflict.  This page will be updated with additional information throughout Summer 2017; check back as we approach the start of the Fall 2017 quarter for full workshop descriptions and dates!

*All six workshops are required as a prerequisite for the CLL Student Leadership Development Program (SLDP).

The CLL strives to make our workshops and programs accessible to the undergraduate community. If you need special accommodations, please feel free to email us at
