Development Conference

Join us for the Aggies Leading the Way: 2009 Student Leadership Development Conference!  This full-day conference is designed to help all students – despite their level of experience – to discover, develop and maximize their leadership skills and abilities.  Students will have a priceless opportunity to network with professional experts and aspiring student leaders.  Professionalism is key to leadership; therefore, students are strongly encouraged to adhere to a business/business casual dress code.  Space is limited to 100 students so be sure to register early! 

Date of Conference:  Saturday, February 28, 2009
Time:  8:30am – 3:30pm
Location:  Tercero Dinning Commons Building (parking is available in Visitor Parking Lot 47)

Registration Fee:  $15.00  (Registration fees include breakfast, lunch and conference materials.) 
Registration Deadline:  Friday, February 13, 2009

(Online registration only. If you do not have a credit/debit card to register, please send an email to cdnavarro@ucdavis.edu.) Cancellation Policy:  Registrants who cancel before the registration deadline (Friday, February 13th) can receive a full refund.  Cancellations received after February 13th will not be eligible for a refund.  Should you need to cancel your registration, please be sure it is received by 4:00pm on Friday, February 13, 2009.  Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to events@ucdavis.edu.

EARN SLDS CREDIT:  Students working toward their SLDS leadership certificate can earn up to 4 credits for fully attending the conference.  All students will receive 1 credit for (C) Communication and 1 credit for (E) Ethics.  The remaining 2 credits will depend on which breakout session students attend.  A sign-in sheet will be available at each breakout session for student to sign to receive credit.
