Coaching for Leadership Success (CLS)

Program Purpose
The Coaching for Leadership Success Program is designed to provide individual support to students who are interested in developing and enhancing their leadership skills. The CLS program welcomes any student, despite their level of leadership experience. Students who register for the program will be able to expand their skills and knowledge about leadership through a self-assessment, advising sessions, leadership learning seminars, one-on-one coaching and mentoring and self-reflection. The CLS program is a 2-quarter (Fall and Winter) commitment and a certification of completion is issued to each student who fully completes each quarterly requirement.
Registration open: TBA. The program is limited to 15 registrants who are in Good Academic Standing and have a 2.0 GPA or higher. Registration is on a first-come basis.
